The blast caused serious injuries to his hand and back, but miraculously, he survived. Authorities say the man was “extremely lucky” to escape with his life, considering the nature of the weapon used.
Emergency responders rushed him to the Moires Health Center, where he received initial treatment before being transferred to Venizeleio Hospital in Heraklion for further medical care.
