A tragic incident occurred in Sitia, Crete, where a 74-year-old Swiss tourist was found dead in his hotel room on Friday morning. According to local reports, the hotel owner discovered the man unconscious and immediately alerted emergency services.
Paramedics from the National Emergency Center (EKAB) and local police officers arrived swiftly at the scene. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the man was pronounced dead upon examination.
