✨ Classic Elegance on the Roads of Crete: The “Mirabello 2025” Vintage Vehicle Rally Concludes in Neapoli
The roar of vintage engines and the gleam of polished chrome filled the air across eastern Crete this weekend, as the 5th Revival of the Panhellenic Classic Vehicle Rally “Mirabello 2025” came to a spectacular close in Neapoli.
Organized by the Hellenic Federation of Classic Vehicles (E.O.O.E.) and the Pancretan Classic Vehicle Association (P.A.S.O.E.), this year’s rally brought together a stunning lineup of historic automobiles and motorcycles — each a moving piece of automotive art.
From Jaguar and Mercedes to Volkswagen Beetles, Rolls-Royce, and Mini Cooper, the roads of Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Vrouchas, Schinia, Louma, Karidi, Fourni, Kastelli, and Nikithiano came alive with timeless machines that turned heads at every corner. Classic motorcycles — including BMW, Vespa, Sachs, and Harley-Davidson — added their own nostalgic rhythm to the event.
A Grand Finish in Neapoli
The final leg of the rally concluded in Neapoli, where participants and spectators gathered to celebrate the spirit of classic motoring. The finish line became a vibrant showcase of history, craftsmanship, and passion — with drivers proudly displaying their vehicles after completing three timed special stages across the Mirabello region.
According to Giorgos Beloukas, President of the Pancretan Classic Vehicle Association, this year’s edition aimed to combine competitive excitement with the joy of heritage preservation, ensuring that both participants and onlookers could experience the thrill of classic rallying.
“These rallies are about more than just speed — they’re about connection, history, and keeping the love for classic vehicles alive,” Beloukas noted.
